This document outlines how Indus Valley Data manages information. As a provider of market insights and data analytics in Malaysia, we prioritize the integrity and security of the data entrusted to us.

01. Scope of Information Collection

At Indus Valley Data, we collect information necessary to deliver professional services. This occurs primarily through direct engagement when you request market insights or inquire about our analytics capabilities.

Our physical and digital infrastructure is maintained to protect high-volume datasets.

02. Insight Utilization & Processing

Service Delivery: To generate the custom reports and data analytics requested through our client agreements. This includes the validation of industry-specific data points.

Communication: To provide updates on market insights relevant to your sector or to respond to inquiries made via our contact forms.

Legal Compliance: Meeting regulatory obligations within the Malaysian legal framework, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
